“Colossians: Against the Tide”

Pastor David Blackburn will be leading a men’s Bible study on the book of Colossians, which teaches principles for living a Christian life in the midst of a non-Christian culture. Sometimes this calls for us to stand against the tide of public opinion or popular trends. This 9 session course addresses such issues as:

• how to please God
• develop a stable walk with God
• think like a Christian
• practice spiritual self-defense
• live with a focus
• become a prayer warrior

Class begins January 14th, 6:30 pm at Bethany. Classes will be held on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month. Cost is $7.

Women's Thursday Night Bible Study

We will be starting the Beth Moore study "Loving Well" on April 8th at 6:30. If you've never done a Beth Moore study this is the perfect opportunity for you to try one out! It's just 4 weeks - April 8, 15, & 22 and May 6. Come join us to share in the fun and learning. A sign-up sheet will be in the Narthex or you can email me lisaabromley@hotmail.com or phone 281-7025. I would like to get a head count to order materials.

Dorothy’s Disciples

Come join this unique and informal ladies’ class as we study our Bibles and encourage each other. The class is named in memory of Mrs. Dorothy Adams who loved and mentored these ladies for several years. Visit one time and you will want to come back. We meet at 9:30 each Sunday morning in the Conference Room.
